If you do not like our shirts or you are dissatisfied with our services then we provide you with full liberty to cancel your products and you are also liable to get refund from us. Our cancellation & Refund policy is stated as follows:
According to our cancellation policy, your order will be accepted for cancellation if you place your order 7 days before the end of current service period. Cancellation requests posted after 7 days shall not be taken into consideration. You have to specify the reasons of cancellation.
Customers can ask us for refund anytime but they need to furnish all valid reasons on behalf of which you are asking for refund. You are eligible for refund only if you apply for this within 7 days of procedure. We assure you to give 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our products. You are obliged to furnish clear reasons for this refund. We will deduct some amount of tax from the refunded money.
As per our refund policy we cannot accept the return of delivered products from customers. We agree with refund in the following stated cases:
Damage, claim or shortages
If you find any claims, damages, and shortages we recommend you to report these shortcomings within 48 hours. We recommend you to check your delivery as you received the receipt.
Return for shipping
We will return your shipping charges only in case when you receive defected, damaged, and wrong product rather than ordered product.
If still any dispute arises and you are not satisfied with our services then your dispute will be filed under the judicial court.
